Volunteers Needed for RB Boutique Set-Up/Clean-Up

Hello PTO Members,

I’m looking for volunteers to help with either set-up or clean-up for RB Boutique. Please find the schedule below for volunteer opportunities.

1. Thursday, 2/25, after 5p. Please let me know if you are available to help set-up at the Hollywood House. We’ll need help moving supplies from the RB PTO closet, and possibly boxes of dresses and other supplies from Pam Power’s and Kathi Parisi’s house.

2. Friday, 2/26, in the am. If we don’t finish setting-up on Thursday, we will continue the set-up on Friday. Please let me know if you might be available Friday and I’ll let you know if we still have work to do.

3. Sat. 2/27, 11a-5p. Please let me know if you are available on Sat. to help out at the boutique to keep things orderly. We’ll be there before 11a and the event ends at 5p. So, any time you can spare on Sat. would be greatly appreciated. Let me know what time works for you. There will also be RB student volunteers to help out, as well.

4. Sat. 2/27, after the event closes at 5p, We’ll need another crew to help clean-up. This includes packing up everything that isn’t sold, take down and pack up all decorations, put away chairs & tables, breakdown dress racks & tables (these will need to be transported to RB loading dock, as well), sweep up all areas used.
