Thank you to who made Day of Service 2019 Successful!

We would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the Students, Parents, and Teachers who volunteered their time this year.

The RBHS PTO Day of Service is a signature event for our high school and the most publicly visible demonstration of our students giving back to the community which supports them. This event takes lots of time, money, and hard work to pull off, and we owe a debt of gratitude to a lot of people for making the 2019 Day of Service a huge success. In particular, we would like to highlight our project site leaders who coordinated all of our work sites:

  • Joel Hatje, RBHS
  • Tim Kutt, North Riverside DPW
  • Roy Lehto, Brookfield Beautification Commission
  • Don Parker, Brookfield Conservation Commission
  • Ed Bailey and Mike Collins, Riverside DPW
  • Salt Creek Watershed Network
  • Cook County Forest Preserve

We are incredibly grateful to the businesses and organizations which so generously donate their time, money, and goods to help make this annual event a successful one. As a thank you for all they do for the RB community, we would like to encourage everyone to shop locally and support the business who have so generously supported our students and our community.
