Cleaning out your closet? We are collecting for RB Boutique

We hope you are enjoying your summer!  If your summer involves cleaning out your closet, we just want to remind you that we are still collecting gently used dresses for RBHS Fall Boutique.  We are looking for both long and short dresses as well as jewelry, bags, and other accessories.   Those items can be dropped off in the main office at RBHS or to 125 Bloomingbank in Riverside.

Grants ranged from $50 to $300 and will be used towards programs such as National Student Leadership Conference on Medicine and Health Care, Intro to Robotics at Illinois Tech, U.S. Naval Academy Summer Seminar, Shedd Aquariam High School Lake Ecology, YMCA Trekker Camp and many other exciting programs.

Join us for the PTO Meeting on Monday, May 1st

We are looking forward to Day of Service tomorrow, but we are also looking further ahead to Monday.  Monday will be our last PTO meeting of the year.  We’d love to have you join us.  It is at 7 pm in room 201 at RBHS.

Also, with prom behind us, now is the best time to take a look through your closet to see if you have any dresses you’d like to donate to the RB Boutique.  Dresses can be dropped off at the RB Welcome center during school hours, or if you’d like to drop off dresses after hours, email Mary Ellen Meindl at memeindl@gmail.com to arrange a drop off.

The Committee for Senior Awards Night is looking for help from parents of Freshmen, Sophomore and Junior students.

We are in need of volunteers to set up, serve and clean up as well as food donations for the reception immediately following the award ceremony on Wednesday, May 3, 2017.

Still looking for adult helpers for Day of Service on April 29th

 

We still need lots of adult volunteers, so don’t be shy about signing up.

We  need adult volunteers to help with event set-up, event clean-up, serve breakfast, serve lunch, or be a team leader during the event.   If you would like to help, click on the link below.
