Volunteers Needed for the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce Annual Street Dance – May 18, 2019

The Street Dance is one of the chamber’s largest events, and as you can imagine, it takes a village – Or about 50-60 volunteers, specifically.

What better way for students and parents to thank the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce for their generous support of the RB Community then by volunteering some of your time to help out with this year’s event taking place on Saturday, May 18th from 5pm to 11pm.

The volunteer opportunities range from helping out at the welcome tent to adult beverage/ticket sales and clean up. This is a family-friendly event with music and beverages for the adults as well as plenty of entertainment – a balloon artist, face painter, juggler, etc. – for the kids. They are looking primarily for adult volunteers but responsible students are encouraged to sign up as well. Please see attached below the volunteer job listing and time slots then email Brian Sharnow to sign up at BSHARENOW@FMGEVENTS.COM

Thank you in advance for offering to be a part of the fun and helping to make this event a great one.

Last call to help with RBHS PTO Day of Service. Sign-up deadline Thursday!

We are still in need of parent volunteers to be team leaders.

Please check your calendars and see if you can give a morning to giving back to the community.
RBHS PTO’s Annual Day of Service will be held on Saturday, May 4th  from 8:00am to 12:00pm.  On Day of Service, students, staff and community members come together for a morning of community work.  We pick up trash and debris, plant trees, paint, mulch and pull out invasive species throughout the many parks and on the banks of the many waterways surrounding RB.  RBHS PTO’s Day of Service is a signature event for our high school and the most publicly visible demonstration of our students giving back to the community which supports them.  Thursday, is the sign-up deadline.
